Financial Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Financial Manager to oversee the day-to-day financial operations of our company. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing our financial records, conducting internal audits, and ensuring timely financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Conduct regular internal audits to identify and correct any discrepancies or errors in financial documentation.
  • Monitor cash flow, bank reconciliations, and financial transactions to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Prepare and submit tax returns, ensuring timely compliance with all taxation regulations.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies, procedures, and controls.
  • Collaborate with the management team to analyze financial data, provide insights, and recommend strategies for cost-saving measures and increased profitability.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Financial Manager or Accountant, preferably in the real estate or related industry.
  • Proficient in accounting software and MS Office applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of taxation laws and regulations.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
