Job Title: Technical Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Technical Project Manager. This key position will be responsible for managing multiple projects, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring timely completion while maintaining excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and leadership abilities, with the ability to manage concurrent projects in a fast-paced work environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Expertise in Scrum methodology for managing software projects and product or application development.
  • Team leadership and collaboration.
  • Full/part life cycle project management.
  • Adaptation of project methodology based on project conditions and circumstances.
  • Tailoring documentation and communication to tech and business management.
  • Efficient coordination between teams.
  • Growth of the team.
  • Development and tracking of project schedules and action items.
  • Effective communication of project status, outstanding risks, and issues.
  • Identification of risks and recommendation of mitigation approaches.
  • Creation and maintenance of project information (risks, issues, resources, schedules, tasks).
  • Business and technical impact analysis of user requirements.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • 7 years of experience, including 2-3 years of project management experience in Mobile Apps.
  • Passionate about Client Service.
  • Ability to manage concurrent projects in a fast-paced work environment.
  • History of success in managing diverse software development projects in Mobile apps.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, MIS, or engineering.
  • Excellent organizational, presentation, analytic, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project estimation and resource management skills.
  • Knowledge of various technologies and aptitude.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and negotiating skills.
  • Experience in Agile project management methodologies.
  • Collaborative team environment builder.
