Job Overview

In Regbits, the role of a Relationship Manager Asset Sales is elevated to encompass strategic oversight and personalized financial stewardship. As the custodian of client relationships, this professional operates at the intersection of financial expertise and customer-centricity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement approved sales/service plans to achieve growth objectives of Regbits by agreeing micro-level sales/service delivery plans with Branch Managers/Relationship Managers.
  • Market company products by establishing contact and developing relationships with customers as per defined SOPs of Regbits.
  • Achieve Targets/Objectives of sales in assigned areas with best ethics and moral practices by following SOPs.
  • Ensure target achievement through genuine sales by avoiding family loaning, activist base lending, and adjustment lending.
  • Make business profitable through sales of loans and enhancement of the number of customers by following SOPs of Regbits.
  • Develop strategy to market company products.
  • Aptitude for persuasion and negotiation.
  • Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluation of the position of the industry.
  • Evaluate customer profiles by adopting the five Cs of credit.
  • Disseminate terms and conditions of the products offered to customers.
  • Ensure on-track performance by conducting physical verification of prospective clients.
  • Ensure proactive collection, timely repayment of loans by communication with clients, and ensuring hundred percent collections of loans by following SOPs of Regbits.
  • Exercise extra care while handling customer legal documents to avoid any misuse.
  • Guide customers to deposit their loan repayments at cash counters only.
  • Avoid cash handling of any customers of Regbits while performing RO functions; however, in case of collection from the field, proper strict compliance of collection manual must be ensured.
  • Prepare weekly field activity planners and deviation marking in consultation with Line Managers.
  • Ensure Monthly/Quarterly meetings of customers as per defined products programs.
  • Conduct loan bookings in strict compliance with bank policies, procedures, ethics, and standards.
  • Ensure continuous review of product and services-related knowledge and recommend areas of improvement through personal/client feedback.
  • Conduct market assessments/research to identify selling possibilities and new markets/areas and review existing markets/areas for final decisions in consultation with Line Managers.
  • Meet internal service standards and ensure no service-related complaints are received from customers by following bank fair treatment of customer policy.
  • Develop and sustain long-lasting relationships of Regbits with customers.
  • Report cases with intent of fraud or prospective loss to the bank by internal or external customers in any form to Line Managers/HODs.
  • Ensure compliance of bank products SOPs and SBPs rules and regulations to safeguard the reputation of Regbits and avoid any financial, operational, and market loss by adopting internal control standards in true letter and spirit.
  • Responsible for the direction, coordination, and evaluation of micro-credit business.
  • Lead branches effectively to ensure the achievement of profitability objectives/targets and sale of asset products while adhering to MMBL policies and SBP regulations.
  • Implementation of sales plans through market assessment based on potential.
  • Develop the relationship strategy for assigned branches/areas of responsibility with due focus on verification, loans disbursement, collection, and cross-sell.
  • Asset portfolio management of branches and help to achieve assigned targets through timely sales, verification, and collection.
  • Build and retain the highest level of motivation in teams to achieve maximum business volumes and employee retention.
  • Market bank products and prepare sales strategies considering assigned targets and market demands.
  • Aptitude for persuasion and negotiation.
  • Evaluate and assess customer profiles by adopting the five Cs of credit.
  • Be a Line Manager of Relationship Officers - Asset Sales to ensure they are highly productive in their individual capacities. Each of the Relationship Officers - Asset Sales should be trained and assisted to assume their positions as first levels of credit reviews that can correctly assess and verify customer income/demographics with the view to establish customer needs and credibility for proposed loans.
  • Manage, develop, coach, control, and motivate the sales force to develop their skills to ensure high professional standards are achieved and monthly sales targets and KPI targets are met.
  • Undertake capacity planning to meet assigned tangible objectives of loan volumes and zero default through effective and timely verification, collection, and cross-sell.
  • Organize and deploy resources to match business priorities in branches and maximize productivity of each team member in terms of assigned objectives.
  • Coordinate with operations departments to ensure timely disbursal of loans by following SOPs of loan disbursement and cancellation processes.
