ServiceNow Developer

We are looking for a highly skilled developer to lead our critical integration project. You will design, architect, and implement REST API solutions that connect external AI systems with ServiceNow's ITOM modules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop REST API integrations for external AI assistant platforms
• Implement Integration Hub workflows for real-time data synchronization
• Build custom API endpoints for interaction ticket management
• Configure inbound/outbound REST messages for seamless data flow
• Develop ACLs and role-based security for API service accounts
• Create JSON parsing and transformation logic for AI-generated content
• Implement error handling and retry mechanisms for API calls

Technical Requirements:

• Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITOM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Event Management, Service Mapping)
• Hands-on experience with Integration Hub and Flow Designer
• Proficiency with REST APIs (GET, POST, PUT, DELETE)
• JSON/XML transformation and parsing
• Web services integration
• Knowledge of OAuth, Basic Auth, API Keys

Project Focus:

• Integrate AI-powered assistant with ServiceNow
• Automate interaction ticket creation via APIs
• Implement secure service account management
• Build a scalable integration architecture

Preferred Skills:

• External system integration experience
• API governance and best practices knowledge
• Familiarity with AI/ML platform integrations
• Agile methodology experience
