About the RoleWe seek a skilled professional to deliver exceptional customer experiences through their excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide accurate information about products and services to customers, resolving queries and issues efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including transactions, inquiries, complaints, and comments.
- Follow up on customer interactions to ensure satisfactory resolutions and identify areas for improvement.
- Refer complex or escalated issues to relevant teams for further investigation and resolution.
- Contribute to enhancing the organization's reputation by consistently delivering high-quality customer service and exploring opportunities to add value.
Applicants should possess excellent English communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and a strong customer service focus. A bachelor's degree or higher is preferred.
