About This Role:

We are seeking a results-driven E-Commerce Sales Manager to lead our online marketplace presence. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for onboarding products onto major e-commerce platforms, managing digital inventory, executing promotions, and driving online sales growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to onboard products efficiently across multiple marketplaces.
  • Optimize product listings, images, videos, titles, descriptions, and metadata to improve visibility and conversion rates.
  • Maintain accurate product inventory levels across all marketplaces to prevent stock-outs or overselling.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product listings and promotions with marketing campaigns and seasonal opportunities.
  • Design and manage promotional campaigns to drive traffic and increase sales.
  • Analyze sales performance, conversion metrics, and promotional effectiveness to inform data-driven decisions.
  • Evaluate and resolve any order flow issues promptly in conjunction with fulfillment partners.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and changing policies.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in e-commerce marketplace management.
  • Strong knowledge of product onboarding and catalog management processes.
  • Experience running promotional campaigns across third-party platforms.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with excellent communication and project management skills.
