Job Description:

Our ideal candidate is a self-motivated and result-oriented professional who can excel as a Senior Manager - Channel Planning. This role involves developing strategic plans to improve business efficiency, identifying synergies across multiple business functions, and leading the identification of new business areas for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business efficiency and growth, including identifying synergies across various business functions.
  2. Synergy Creation: Identify and create sustainable synergies across multiple business functions, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment.
  3. Business Development: Lead the identification of new business areas and develop strategic initiatives for growth, leveraging market trends and customer needs.
  4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with senior management to recommend strategies and business plans for sales, marketing, product, and other key cross-functional initiatives.
  5. Process Improvement: Create and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and tools to support execution, ensuring efficient and effective processes.
  6. Analytics and Insights: Establish an analytics platform and develop capabilities within cross-functional teams to optimize resource allocation, tracking, and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs).
  7. Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain excellent relationships and communication with cross-functional stakeholders to inform and enable improvements in the quality of business delivery.
  8. Process Optimization: Design workflow templates to streamline processes and increase efficiency, reducing manual errors and improving productivity.
  9. Policies and Procedures: Conduct gap analysis of current standard operating procedures (SOPs) and service level agreements (SLAs) on an ongoing basis and draft relevant policies.
  10. Data Analysis: Analyze data to determine the level of impact and use outcomes to prioritize projects, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
  11. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Cross-functionally collaborate on various process evaluations and improvements, driving continuous improvement and best practices.
  12. Leadership and Coordination: Lead and coordinate quality and efficiency projects and activities to ensure continuous best practices, recognizing and rewarding team members' achievements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Statistics, or related field.
  • 6-8 years of experience in leadership, sales effectiveness, or similar roles.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Negotiation, active-listening, and problem-solving skills.
