Job Title: Network Infrastructure SpecialistNetwork Support Engineers are responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining advanced network infrastructure to support business operations. This role involves overseeing the installation and configuration of high-speed networks, ensuring seamless connectivity across multiple sites.Key Responsibilities:
  • Deploy and maintain FTTH and GPON networks by laying, splicing, testing fiber optic cables, installing ONTs, configuring routers, and delivering triple-play services.
  • Supervise field teams to ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met.
  • Read and understand manufacturer documentation/manuals for various network equipment.
  • Conduct site surveys for high-rise buildings and monitor network deployments.
  • Install complete FTTH networks, considering customer requirements and preparing cost estimates for new installations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics/Telecommunication/Mechatronics Engineering.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
