Key Accountabilities- BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH PATIENTS THROUGH EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION.
- ACCURATELY DOCUMENT PATIENT INFORMATION, INCLUDING VITAL SIGNS.
- MAINTAIN A SAFE AND CLEAN WORKING ENVIRONMENT, ADHERING TO HOSPITAL POLICIES.
- SUPPORT SENIOR STAFF WITH APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING AND RESOURCE ALLOCATION.
- REGULARLY CHECK STOCK LEVELS TO PREVENT SHORTAGES.
- IDENTIFY AND REPORT ANY CLEANING ISSUES TO REGISTERED NURSES.
- CHANGE BED SHEETS ON STRETCHERS AS REQUIRED.
- TRANSFER PATIENTS TO OTHER DEPARTMENTS UNDER THE SUPERVISION OF REGISTERED NURSES.
- PROMOTE A CULTURE OF RESPECT AND EMPATHY TOWARDS PATIENTS.
- ADDRESS ANY CHALLENGES WITH SENIOR NURSING STAFF.
- UTILIZE INFORMATION SYSTEMS TO MAINTAIN ACCURATE RECORDS.
- IMMEDIATELY REPORT ANY CONCERNS OR INCIDENTS TO REGISTERED NURSES.
- AWARENESS OF PATIENTS' EMOTIONAL SUPPORT NEEDS.
