Job Title: Advertising Operations Senior Specialist

About the Role

This position will assist with advertising operations, including trafficking and administrative duties such as purchase order creation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Advertising Operations: Oversee trafficking and administrative tasks for digital marketing campaigns across programmatic display, paid social, and other channels.
  • Campaign Implementation: Execute end-to-end campaign trafficking, from implementation, pacing, optimization, and performance measurement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with growth channel leads and managers to deploy budgets effectively and contribute to digital investment strategies.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 4+ years in digital marketing with a focus on advertising operations, preferably in B2B environments.
  • Skills: Proficiency in digital ad technologies, ad operations, campaign management, and tracking methodologies.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of working effectively with team stakeholders.
  • Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
