Financial Collector

This role requires a detail-oriented Financial Collector to manage the collection of payments from patients and insurance companies.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Timely collection and processing of payments.
  • Management and reconciliation of accounts payable and receivable.
  • Effective communication with customers, medical staff, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with computer software, particularly Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday: 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM

BREAK TIMING: 10:00 PM - 11:00 PM
