An excellent opportunity exists for a qualified and experienced Assistant Manager to join our accounting team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reconcile financial accounts and maintain accurate spreadsheets to ensure transparency and accuracy in our financial reporting.
  • Exercise credit control, prepare statutory accounts, and manage cash allocation to optimize our financial resources.
  • Process sales orders, manage daily post, and handle cheques efficiently to meet customer needs and expectations.
  • Receive and process invoices, expense forms, and requests for payment in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Verify calculations, reconcile Direct Debit mandates, and manage petty cash transactions to maintain financial discipline and compliance.
Requirements:
  • A minimum B.Com/M.Con/ACCA (Part qualified) degree is required to excel in this role.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the Accounts/Finance department is necessary to understand our business operations and systems.
  • Proficiency in numeric calculations, computer applications, and project management skills are essential to succeed in this position.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills are vital to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Able to handle stress and prioritize tasks efficiently to meet deadlines and deliver results.
