Business Analyst Position

As a business analyst, you will be responsible for providing resolution for issues faced by branches / operations for core banking application.

Key responsibilities include understanding and analyzing business issues, identifying/providing solutions, and coordinating with development teams/vendors & other stakeholders to deliver solutions. You will also ensure full compliance with policies and regulations.

The role involves actively participating in resolving user problems of branches & different corporate office departments in a timely manner. This includes supporting operation/business team queries raised by end users for T24 on a daily basis and reviewing assigned HDMS call logs and resolving issues as per defined SLA.

You will be responsible for managing portfolio merger / split activities as per business requirements. Additionally, you will perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) as per TAT, make changes in product configuration, record maintenance of UAT and configuration changes in T24 application through HDMS.

Ongoing tasks include configuring new branches in T24 front-end setup, configuring new booths and service centers in T24 front-end setup, setting up NIFT / Branch clearing in T24 front-end setup, and ensuring SOC is configured in the system as per updated SOC & ensure its compliance within the given timeline.

Job Requirements
  • A Bachelor Degree in Business Administration / Finance / Commerce / Computer Science from an HEC recognized institution.
  • SQL & Oracle certifications are an added advantage.
  • 5 years working experience in a financial institution with good knowledge of banking systems and IT applications.
Working Experience

Minimum 2 years hands-on experience of Temenos T24 related functional support, systems configurations, and testing.

This role is ideal for individuals with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines is essential for this position.

The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of business processes and procedures. They will also possess the ability to analyze complex data and identify areas for improvement.
