We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented administrative assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well under pressure.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, including tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, organizing files, and performing various other administrative duties.
To be considered for this role, you must have at least 03 years of relevant experience in an administrative capacity. You should also be proficient in MS Office and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to our office, including tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, organizing files, and performing various other administrative duties.
- Assist with office activities, including preparing documents, making copies, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and provide general administrative support as needed.
- Organize and file documents, maintain accurate records, and perform other administrative tasks as required.
- At least 03 years of relevant experience in an administrative capacity.
