Remote Bidding Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned and proactive freelancer to fill the role of a bidding specialist. The ideal candidate will have expertise in submitting bids for projects on various online platforms and possess exceptional communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze job postings to identify relevant projects and opportunities.
  • Develop compelling proposals tailored to each project's requirements, emphasizing value and benefits.
  • Maintain a high bid conversion rate by understanding client needs and presenting services effectively.
  • Establish and maintain open communication channels with potential clients to clarify project details and requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment on project scope and capabilities.
  • Track all bid submissions, follow-ups, and responses in a systematic and organized manner.
  • Provide regular updates on bid status and outcomes to stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve bidding success and client acquisition.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in bidding for projects on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Toptal, Guru, PeoplePerHour, 99designs, TaskRabbit, Thumbtack, and Hubstaff Talent.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive proposals.
  • Strong understanding of web development, design, and other IT services offered by the company.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
