Strategic Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Growth Specialist to drive expansion in key regions, leveraging expertise in client engagement and lead management.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Client Engagement & Lead Management:
    Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-ups, ensuring prompt responses to region inquiries.
  2. Market Research & Lead Generation:
    Conduct ongoing market research to identify potential clients and trends, utilizing CRM tools to manage data efficiently and generate lead lists from various sources.
  3. Email & Presentation Development:
    Create engaging presentations for client pitches, aligning with marketing standards, and develop targeted email marketing campaigns to generate leads.
  4. Online Platforms Management:
    Oversee the company's LinkedIn/Upwork profile, planning posts in collaboration with the marketing team, and managing comments to generate leads.
  5. Reporting & Analytics:
    Track proposal status and provide insights based on lead performance metrics and market research.
Requirements:
  1. Educational Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
  2. Experience:
    1-3 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
  3. Skills & Competencies:
    Excellent verbal and written English skills, strong presentation abilities, solid analytical skills, attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask.
  4. Technical Skills:
    Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite, familiarity with LinkedIn and Upwork platforms.
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
