**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Information Security Officer to lead our organization's information security operations and management. This is a key leadership position that requires a deep understanding of regulatory requirements, technological advancements, and international best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive data security framework and technology to protect our organization's sensitive information.
  2. Provide in-depth knowledge of information management, governance, risk assessment, and compliance frameworks to ensure our organization's compliance with regulatory requirements.
  3. Lead the development and management of our Security Operation Centre, including the integration of required technology with our IT infrastructure.
  4. Establish and manage IT Forensic Investigations Framework and Incident Response Mechanism to ensure timely and effective response to security incidents.
  5. Operate and manage Cyber Threat Intelligence Platforms to stay ahead of emerging threats and develop strategies to mitigate their impact.
  6. Mentor our software/applications vulnerability assessment and network pen-testing efforts to identify and remediate vulnerabilities.
  7. Plan and conduct IS training and awareness activities across the organization to ensure a culture of security awareness.
  8. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external partners, and regulatory bodies to foster collaborative relationships and ensure effective policy development and implementation.
  9. Continuously monitor and improve our security posture by staying abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technological risks.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in senior positions in information security operations and management roles.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements (national/international), technological advancements, and international best practices.
  • Profound knowledge to steer organizational strategy and align it with our vision for information security.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills to represent our organization at local and international forums.
  • Good leadership qualities and abilities to handle a team of IS professionals.
  • Ability to analyze complex issues, think critically, and make informed decisions.
