Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute program strategies to position the organization as a prominent brand in the TVET sector.
  • Design, develop, and manage skills development programs aligned with organizational goals, including primary research and collaboration with external partners.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges associated with program implementation.

Job Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Economics, Social Sciences, Management Sciences, HR, MBA, or relevant/similar degree from an HEC-recognized university.
  • Maximum 55 years of age.
  • Overall professional experience of 20 years, including at least 5 years in the TVET skills sector.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Donor management experience.
  • Good understanding of TVET sector policies, procedures, dynamics, and trends.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in developing policies and strategic recommendations for leadership teams.
