We are seeking a highly skilled Business Solutions Architect with a strong background in techno-functional roles, particularly in the fintech industry.

Main Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to fintech solutions, including digital wallets, payment platforms, and SSL switch integrations.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications for various fintech components.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and impact analysis to assess the viability of proposed fintech solutions.
  • Create detailed documentation to support the development and implementation of fintech solutions.
  • Participate in the design and development of fintech features, providing input on architecture and system integrations.
  • Collaborate with product managers to prioritize feature development and ensure alignment with overall product roadmap.
  • Perform gap analysis to identify areas for improvement in existing processes and systems within the fintech domain.
  • Support testing efforts by providing guidance on test scenarios and acceptance criteria.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues during development and post-implementation phases.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 9 years of experience in Business Analysis with a focus on fintech and payment solutions.
  • Strong understanding of fintech ecosystems, including digital wallets and payment platforms.
  • Solid grasp of software development lifecycle methodologies.
  • Proficiency in creating technical documentation.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality fintech solutions.
