Job Overview

Role Summary: We are seeking a skilled professional to manage air travel reservations, cancellations, and exchanges.

Location: Islamabad

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle flight bookings, changes, and refunds using GDS systems.
  • Provide accurate fare quotes, itineraries, and support for clients.
  • Assist with international and domestic travel arrangements.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline policies, promotions, and procedures.
  • Deliver excellent customer service through communication.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for seamless travel planning.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with Sabre and Amadeus GDS.
  • Strong English language skills.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in travel reservations/ticketing.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and customer-focused attitude.
