Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT&D Solution Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solution design, architecture, and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Develop High-End Solutions: Create and implement high-end technology solutions that solve complex problems across different projects on Azure, On-Premises, or SaaS platforms.
  • Provide Technical Leadership: Offer technical guidance and leadership throughout the design and deployment lifecycle, focusing on delivery with quality.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Lead technical discussions and build consensus among stakeholders, including vendors.
  • Consult on Architecture and Design: Provide technical architecture consultancy and design for projects.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners: Work with product owners to identify future needs and requirements.
  • Maintain Security and Compliance: Ensure security and compliance requirements are met, delivering solutions according to defined business standards, principles, and patterns.
  • Design End-to-End Application Architecture: Create end-to-end application architecture and data security for IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS services.
Experience and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 12+ years of experience in enterprise applications, integration, and solution designing.
  • Ability to translate future-state business capabilities and requirements into solution architecture requirements.
  • Proven track record of delivering new products and services in fast-paced, dynamic environments, especially in CPG or healthcare organizations.
  • Deep technical experience in infrastructure design, including On-premises, private, and public cloud, networking, virtualization, storage, and Integration Services (MuleSoft, API Management).
  • Proficiency in Azure SQL Database, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Cosmos DB, and other Azure data services.
  • Experience with Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes using tools like Azure Data Factory.
  • Experience in designing, deploying single or multi-tier applications in compliance-focused industries.
  • Strong skills in designing data models, data warehousing, and data lakes.
  • Understanding of data security, privacy, and compliance requirements, including GDPR and HIPAA.
Desired Skills
  • Knowledge of Azure/Microsoft Technology Stack at Enterprise level.
  • Familiarity with Azure/Cloud Network Services - Security services and Identity services like Encryption, Active Directory, RBAC, NSGs/ASGs, firewall policies, Azure Networking services (e.g., VNETs, Load Balancers, Front Door, ExpressRoute, Traffic Manager, Content Delivery Network).
  • Experience with Cloud Automation and Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, Cloud Shell, PowerShell, ARM, Webhook, and runbook).
  • Understanding of Disaster Recovery - Backups, disaster recovery policies, standards applicable for Cloud/On-Prem Enterprise Systems.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (B.E, B.Tech)
  • Azure Solutions Architect Expert (Mandatory)
  • Azure DevOps Engineer Expert (preferable)
  • TOGAF Architecture certification (Good to have)
