Job Title: Automation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Specialist to support the development, integration, and commissioning of industrial automation and electrical systems.

Description:

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Rockwell (RSLogix 5000, Studio 5000) and Siemens (S7-300/400, TIA Portal) PLC systems, with hands-on experience in industrial automation and electrical systems.

A Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics / Instrumentation Engineering or equivalent is required, along with 3–7 years of relevant work experience.

The selected candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing HMI/SCADA systems, troubleshooting and optimizing automation systems during FAT, SAT, and commissioning, and providing on-site support, training, and after-sales service as required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • PLC Programming & Integration: Develop and configure PLC programs using Rockwell Automation (Allen-Bradley) and Siemens (S7, TIA Portal) platforms.
  • Instrumentation & Control: Selection, calibration, installation, and commissioning of field instruments (flow, pressure, temperature, level, etc.).
  • Electrical & MCC Works: Supervise installation and testing of MCCs, switchgears, control panels, and cable management systems.
  • Site Execution & Commissioning: Plan and execute site activities, including installation, testing, and commissioning of automation and electrical systems.
  • Customer Handling & Technical Support: Serve as the technical point of contact for customers during project lifecycle.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics / Instrumentation Engineering or equivalent.
  • 3–7 years of hands-on experience in industrial automation and electrical systems.
  • Strong expertise in Rockwell (RSLogix 5000, Studio 5000) and Siemens (S7-300/400, TIA Portal) PLC systems.
  • Familiarity with industrial safety standards and electrical codes.
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, and control schematics.
