The following positions are currently available:

1. Legal cum Probation Officer: Responsible for handling legal matters and probation services. Required qualifications include a Postgraduate degree in Law/Child Development/Social Work/Sociology/Psychology/Human Rights/Public Administration with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
2. Assistant cum Data Entry Operator: Supports the team with data entry tasks and provides administrative assistance. The ideal candidate should have a Graduate degree with a Certificate/Diploma in Computer & Writing Skills and typing speed of 30 wpm in English.
3. Social Worker: Provides support to clients and communities through social work services. A Graduate/PG Degree in Social Work/Sociology/Psychology with 2-3 years of relevant experience is required.
4. Helper for Cleaning and Cooking: Assists with cleaning and cooking tasks in our premises. Functional literacy and completion of 7th Std are necessary requirements.
5. Ayah: Provides general household assistance. Any person with basic literacy (up to 10th Class) can apply.
6. Chowkidar: Responsible for security and maintenance of our premises. Literate candidates with basic education can apply.
7. Counsellor: Offers guidance and support to clients through counseling services. A Postgraduate/Graduate degree in Sociology/Child Psychology/Social Work or Rural Development with 2 years of relevant experience is essential.
8. Data Analyst: Analyzes data and provides insights to improve our services. A Graduate degree with Diploma/Degree in Computer and 1 year of experience is required.
9. Outreach Worker (Female): Engages with communities and provides support through outreach services. Completion of 12th Std with Computer Knowledge is necessary.
10. Probation Officer: Handles probation cases and provides support to clients. A Bachelor's degree in Law/Social Work/Sociology/Psychology with 2 years of relevant experience is required.
11. Paramedical Staff: Provides medical assistance and support. ANM or Diploma/Degree in Pharmacy is necessary.
12. Cook: Prepares meals for our staff and clients. Preparation of hygienic meals is essential.
13. Helper: Assists with various tasks in our premises. Completion of 7th Std with functional literacy is necessary.
14. Housekeeper: Maintains cleanliness and order in our premises. Basic education and willingness to work hard are required.
