HR Talent Acquisition Specialist

This role is responsible for managing the human resources function, ensuring that all aspects of HR are running smoothly and efficiently.

• This role requires expertise in hiring, interview scheduling, and applicant tracking systems, ensuring seamless processes from start to finish.
• Candidates should be able to collaborate with hiring managers on job descriptions and postings, showcasing company culture and values.

• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, creating a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees.
• Provide guidance and support to employees and management on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution, promoting a positive work environment.
• Maintain a talent pipeline through relationships with universities and talent sources, identifying top talent and attracting future leaders.
• To stay ahead of the curve, require someone who is up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in HR and the tech industry.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software.

• Masters degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification.
• Experience with HRIS systems.
