Key Responsibilities:

  • Create graphics, visuals, and videos with Canva to increase engagement and enhance the learning experience.
  • Optimize course frameworks to ensure quality standards and learner-first design.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and refine content.
  • Apply instructional design principles and adult learning theory to craft effective learning materials.
  • Develop assessments, quizzes, and knowledge checks to measure learning outcomes and evaluate course effectiveness.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in instructional design and e-learning development.
