Advanced Nursing Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate nursing professional to join our team at Baikar Hospital in Balochistan.

• Provide high-quality patient care by conducting handovers and takeovers of shift unit/ward information, ensuring continuity of care and maintaining accurate records.
• Deliver direct patient care in a calm, courteous, and tactful manner, adhering to therapeutic standards and making adjustments as necessary to achieve optimal health outcomes.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to resolve patient problems and needs, utilizing effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Prepare and administer medication accurately, while maintaining a safe and clean working environment by complying with infection-control policies and procedures.
• Support doctors on their rounds, recording instructions and providing essential assistance with procedures.
• Ensure the availability of medical supplies, properly stored and stocked, to meet unit/ward requirements.
• Perform vital sign checks, blood glucose monitoring, lab procedures, and IV cannulations as required.
• Supervise and mentor junior nurses, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork within the department.

• Diploma in General Nursing or BScN with valid PNC certification.
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant work experience in a hospital setting.
