Responsibilities
  • Project Planning & Management:
  • Oversee all aspects of the project lifecycle, from initiation to completion.
  • Adjust schedules and resources to accommodate changing priorities.
  • Monitor risk factors throughout the project and take necessary action to minimize impact.
  • Client Management:
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
  • Manage client expectations and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to maintain or retain customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with software development teams to ensure technical challenges are addressed to keep projects on track.
  • Provide leadership to cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with project goals.
  • Resolve conflicts and ensure smooth project execution and delivery.
  • Technical Oversight:
  • Use your software development background to understand technical discussions and facilitate decision-making.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Ensure the development process adheres to best practices and is aligned with project goals.
  • Reporting & Documentation:
  • Maintain detailed project documentation, including schedules, reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Provide regular project status reports to clients and senior management.
  • Document lessons learned and make recommendations for future projects.
