About the Role

We are a creative tech agency offering web design, development, branding, SEO, and digital marketing services. As we grow, we need someone with excellent English writing and communication skills to identify relevant jobs and clients on Upwork, write tailored proposals that address client needs, manage and update our profile and bidding pipeline, communicate with clients, collaborate with internal teams, and maintain consistent follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and bid on relevant jobs and projects
  • Write persuasive proposals that showcase your expertise and meet client needs
  • Manage and optimize our Upwork profile and bidding process
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in bidding on Upwork or similar freelance platforms
  • Excellent English writing and communication skills
  • A good understanding of digital services such as web design, development, SEO, and more
  • The ability to interpret client briefs and respond with smart solutions
  • Organized, self-driven, and result-oriented approach

Working Hours

This is a night shift position, working from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
