As a nursing professional, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care to individuals.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct initial assessments of patients visiting the clinic or injured on field
- Execute safe handling and proper use of equipment
- Monitor and recognize changes in patient condition while performing regular nursing care
- Administer medication safely and monitor patient responses
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals during consultations and procedures
- Respond promptly in emergency/disaster situations
- Perform other tasks assigned by supervisors
- Possess a Diploma in Nursing from an accredited institution
- Have at least two years' experience in an acute care setting
- Be licensed by the relevant regulatory body
- Hold certifications in BLS, CPR, Safe Medication Administration, I/V Cannulation, ECG Interpretation, and Aseptic Techniques
- Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills, particularly communication skills
- Be willing to work in shift duties
