Job Details

As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting in administrative and operational activities. Your tasks will include providing customer service and internal support, organizing documents, and maintaining updated records.

You will also participate in projects and contribute to the team's success by leveraging your basic computer skills, willingness to learn, and adaptability.

  • Responsibilities:
    • Administrative and Operational Support: Assist in managing day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth workflow.
    • Customer Service and Internal Support: Provide assistance to customers and internal stakeholders via phone, email, or in-person.
    • Document Organization and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of company documents, policies, and procedures.
    • Project Participation and Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve project goals and objectives.

Requirements:

    • Basic Computer Skills: Proficiency in using computer software applications, including email marketing tools and automation platforms.
