About the Graphic Design Faculty Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Graphic Designing Trainer to develop comprehensive training sessions on industry-leading design software. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching graphic design courses and excellent organizational skills to manage multiple batch schedules efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and deliver engaging training sessions on Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, Captivate, and Lightroom, as well as CorelDRAW.
  2. Cover essential design concepts, focusing on style development, vector graphics, branding materials, and print production.
  3. Provide guidance to students, addressing their queries and concerns.
  4. Monitor student progress and performance, offering constructive feedback for improvement.
  5. Mentor students in creating professional portfolios that showcase their skills and expertise.
Essential Qualifications:
  1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in teaching or training graphic design courses.
  2. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple batch schedules efficiently.
  3. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
  4. The ability to nurture and develop students' creative potential.
