Project Lead

We are seeking an accomplished project lead to spearhead IT outsourcing projects for global clients.

This role involves overseeing end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of solutions in ERP, cloud, AI, e-commerce, and IT help desk services.

The successful candidate will collaborate with our teams to bridge cultural and operational gaps, aligning project goals with client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full project lifecycles for ERP implementations, cloud migrations, AI applications, e-commerce platforms, and IT help desk solutions.
  • Coordinate with clients and development teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) and track progress using tools like Jira or Trello.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and mitigation plans to stakeholders with transparency.
  • Oversee quality assurance and ensure alignment with Master1Tech's high standards.
  • Foster cross-cultural collaboration, aligning with our mission to connect diverse communities.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a project lead in IT outsourcing or software development.
  • Proven track record of managing projects for international clients.
  • Experience with ERP, cloud, or AI projects is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and agile practices.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • High English proficiency for clear, professional communication.
