Lead AI Reliability Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to oversee the development and growth of a high-performing engineering team focused on AI feature reliability.

  • The ideal candidate will have expertise in leading teams, root cause analysis, debugging complex distributed systems, data analysis, and AI system workflows.
  • A strong understanding of AI feature development lifecycles, data pipelines, and Python/SQL for data processing and reporting is essential.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing tools and processes to surface anomalies and performance regressions, driving initiatives to improve monitoring, observability, and data quality.

About the Role:

This is a leadership position that requires excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience working cross-functionally with ML researchers and product managers.
