We are looking for experienced professionals with a profound knowledge of Linux and Windows to provide technical & customer support to clients worldwide.

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage support systems, live chat, phone calls, support tickets/emails, and ensure seamless communication with clients.
  • Provide technical expertise in implementing, configuring, troubleshooting, securing, and monitoring Linux servers.
  • Administer and maintain web hosting services and servers to support business operations and end users.
  • Implement server hardening, scanning, and removal of backdoors, malware, and viruses; perform website analysis, performance, security, and monitoring.
  • Possess knowledge of web application firewalls and website security technologies, as well as server and website performance tuning.
  • Demonstrate problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Familiarity with hosting control panels like cPanel, WHM, Plesk, etc., and sound knowledge of Linux servers and WHMCS, ticket management systems.
  • Proficient in working with the Linux command line and shell scripting.
  • Strong understanding of web technologies, platforms, applications, search engines, DNS/bind, email, web servers, monitoring/NMS, clustering, rDNS, and email clients like Outlook/Thunderbird.
  • Experience with virtualization technologies such as Xen, XenServer, VMware, and Hyper-V.
  • Capable of managing customer VPS and dedicated servers, and troubleshooting reported issues efficiently.
  • Minimum 1.5 years of experience in the web hosting industry and Linux server administration.
  • A strong team player with excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of computer operating systems, particularly Linux.
  • Able to maintain databases and server backups, ensuring data integrity and availability.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail to deliver high-quality results and services.
