Quality Assurance Leader

This position requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in software quality assurance, who can lead and mentor cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing testing strategies, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage competing deadlines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills will also be essential in this role, enabling you to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders and drive consensus-building across the organization.

You will be accountable for evaluating product design documentation to ensure that requirements stated are correct, unambiguous, and verifiable. Additionally, you will assist in generating use cases to guarantee that all functional requirements of a system are captured during the product design phase.

Other key responsibilities include defining test methods, creating test plans, and recommending design improvements or corrections to engineers throughout the development process. Effective communication with project software engineers on project limitations, capability, performance requirements, and hardware interface changes is also critical to success.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or information technology, or equivalent education and work experience.
  • 6-8 years of related work experience in software quality assurance.
