Job Description:

We seek an experienced Senior / Lead ML Engineer to work on a broad range of innovative data analytics and machine learning projects.

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and goals.
  • Lead a team of data scientists and engineers to embed AI and analytics into our decision-making processes.
  • Take on a role that involves both hands-on contributions and customer engagement.
  • Switch between individual contributor, team member, and solution architect roles as required by each project.

Responsibilities and Expectations:

  • 6+ years of experience, including 3+ years of relevant data science experience and at least 3 years of software development experience.
  • Proven ability to devise creative analytical approaches to solve business challenges.
  • Developing and enhancing algorithms and models to address business issues.
  • Maintaining all models along with code and process documentation updates.
  • Designing solution approaches, leading teams to deploy and maintain them in production.
  • Proficient in structured programming languages such as Python, C/C++, or Java.
  • Familiarity with cloud concepts and significant hands-on experience with at least one cloud provider, understanding the pros and cons of various services.
  • Strong SQL skills.
  • Good knowledge of data science approaches, machine learning algorithms, and statistical methods.
  • ETL and Data Engineering pipelines using Spark/PySpark.
  • Workflow orchestration tools like Airflow.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • B. Tech from a Tier-1 college / M.S or M. Tech is preferred.
