Amazon E-commerce Expert Opportunity

This is an exciting chance to take on a critical role in driving sales growth and optimizing product listings for Amazon. As an experienced Amazon expert, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to boost product orders, stay updated on industry changes, and apply your expertise to improve our online presence.

About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in Amazon EU & JP markets to join our team as an e-commerce expert. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing Amazon PPC campaigns, product launches, listing optimization, and analysis using Excel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase product orders and optimize product listings for Amazon search rankings.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry changes, such as Amazon's algorithm updates, and apply your expertise to improve our online strategy.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve catalogue issues in a timely manner.
  • Manage A+ Content and keep the store updated.
  • Prepare FBA shipments, including reconciliations and reimbursements.
  • Ensure listings comply with Amazon policies.
  • Raise cases with Amazon Seller Support to resolve issues.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and develop strategies to improve product visibility.
  • Manage product reviews and seller feedback to drive growth.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Amazon EU & JP markets.
  • Strong knowledge of keyword research using various tools.
  • Experience with product launches, listing optimization, and PPC advertising.
  • Proficiency in Excel for analysis and reporting.
  • Holding at least a Bachelor's Degree is required.
