As an Investigations Manager, you will play a critical role in leading our global risk management efforts. You will oversee the operational delivery of investigations, ensuring the continuous improvement of our processes, and manage a global team of investigators. You will work closely with other departments to ensure that our technologies support efficient investigation delivery and that we partner with the business and compliance to ensure that our investigations effectively support our risk management frameworks.

Your responsibilities will include directing, managing, and conducting comprehensive and objective investigations of alleged fraud, corporate corruption, misconduct, and instances of reported unethical or illegal practices, violation of company policies, or breach of legal and regulatory requirements. This will involve defining and delivering the global investigations & 3PRM services strategy in partnership with senior stakeholders, establishing, managing, and continuously updating and improving the investigations & 3PRM services framework, and conducting webinars and participating in investigative and anti-corruption events, seminars, and conferences worldwide to represent investigations & 3PRM services.

You will also lead the corporate investigations and pre-employment background screening services team, managing 3rd-party suppliers and local agents to ensure efficient, compliant, and added-value services are delivered to clients. Additionally, you will build, maintain, and strategically influence relationships across the organisation and with counterparts in the investigative industry, identify trends, emerging risks, and insights regarding local and international investigations, and communicate these effectively across the organisation to ensure proactive risk mitigation approaches.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a degree plus postgraduate or professional qualification or experience in law enforcement or corporate investigations environment. You should also have proficiency in leading and managing investigations and teams, and related processes, with experience performing investigations and/or audits under the direction of internal and/or external legal counsel, compliance, and risk management professionals. Established understanding of fraud and abuse, anti-kickback, anti-bribery, and anti-corruption rules and regulations applicable to different industry sectors is also essential.
