About This Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an IT Security Analyst, working closely with global and regional teams to implement and deliver log monitoring strategies.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of log monitoring strategy and operating models, as well as experience working with cross-functional teams from across different functions.
You will be responsible for collaborating with project managers, business analysts, and developers to drive quality end-to-end automation in an agile manner.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement log monitoring strategies.
- Perform process gap analysis and drive closure of findings captured as MSII.
- Develop and maintain relationships with project managers, business analysts, and developers to ensure effective service delivery.
- Implement and lead initiatives to improve IT service controls and service management key control indicators.
- Communicate progress to management and escalate key challenges requiring attention.
- Deliver log monitoring services in accordance with Service Level and Performance Level agreements.
- Prepare and share performance reports with management, highlighting trends and areas for improvement.
- Contribute to security audits and assessments, ensuring compliance and quality.
- Foster stakeholder relationships to resolve queries and escalate issues.
