Requirements:

  4. Effective correspondence and interpersonal skills, with the ability to resolve queries and issues in a timely and effective manner
  5. Ability to work well under pressure, meeting deadlines and managing multiple priorities with ease
  6. Proficient in MS Office and basic accounting software, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly
  7. Previous experience in a similar role (administration, accounts, or customer service), with a strong understanding of administrative procedures and protocols
