The Senior Business Analyst role is crucial in driving business growth through effective analysis and implementation of technology solutions. The candidate will be responsible for managing a team, working closely with internal/external resources to deploy OT Tooling, and owning the budget, business case, and benefit realization for OT Products. Key responsibilities include ensuring deployment of agreed standard solutions at factories based on the roadmap created, end-to-end ownership of owned products from roadmap to adoption and support, and managing a team or working closely with internal/external resources to deploy OT Tooling across Factories. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential for this role.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced candidate with a strong background in Manufacturing IT Platforms. The ideal candidate will have at least 6-14 years of experience in this field and possess fundamental knowledge of Manufacturing Processes and High-Level Architecture and Interfaces involved. Additionally, the candidate should have hands-on experience with OT Asset Management and understanding of OT Assets on the shop floor. A background in Product Management/ Product Ways of Working and experience in SAFe methodologies would be an advantage.
