Marketing Campaign Specialist

We are a rapidly growing e-commerce business looking for an experienced and highly organized Marketing Campaign Specialist to lead the execution of our promotional and marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for taking a strategic idea and turning it into a successful, multi-channel campaign. Their primary responsibilities will include:

  • Campaign Planning & Execution: Plan, execute, and manage all promotional campaigns from start to finish, including sales events, product launches, and seasonal promotions.
  • Cross-Departmental Coordination: Work closely with the Design, E-commerce, and Advertising teams to ensure all campaign assets (graphics, listings, ads) are created on time and are aligned with the campaign's goals.
  • Project Management: Develop and manage a detailed promotional calendar, ensuring all deadlines are met and all stakeholders are informed of their responsibilities.
  • Performance Tracking: Collaborate with the Marketing Analyst to monitor the performance of live campaigns, tracking key metrics like ROI, conversion rate, and customer acquisition cost.
  • Reporting: Prepare post-campaign analysis reports, highlighting key successes, challenges, and learnings to inform future marketing strategies.
