Job Title: Financial Manager

As a financial manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the company's accounts payable department and ensuring that all financial obligations are met efficiently.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise the accounts payable staff, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions, including general ledger entries, accounts payable, and project accounting.
  • Develop and implement systems, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and timely completion of tasks.
  • Oversee tax-related processes, including tax withholding and clearing of tax GLs, to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Analyze financial data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize efficiency.
  • Provide regular reports to supervisors on financial expenditures, transaction status, and other relevant information.
  • Ensure all payment transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.
  • Standardize procedures to improve internal efficiency and create templates for use by the team.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Minimize payable aging and advance aging by improving systems and ensuring compliance with policies and SOPs.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in financial management or related role.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
