Job Overview

This is an entry-level position that provides an opportunity to develop and enhance project management expertise while working closely with cross-functional teams.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Project Coordination: Support the project team in organizing and managing multiple projects, ensuring timely completion within scope and budget.
    • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and risk logs.
    • Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between project teams, clients, and internal departments to ensure smooth information flow.
    • Project Monitoring & Tracking: Track project progress, update timelines, and report deviations to ensure alignment with objectives.
    • Risk & Issue Management: Assist in identifying potential project risks and issues, escalating them when necessary, and supporting mitigation efforts.
    • Resource Management: Support in allocating resources efficiently to ensure project deliverables are met.
    • Process Improvement: Contribute to process enhancements by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting improvements in project workflows.
    • Project Planning Support: Assist in developing project schedules, work breakdown structures (WBS), and resource allocation plans.
    • Adherence to Standards: Ensure projects comply with organizational policies, industry best practices, and governance frameworks.
Requirements & Skills

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1 to 1.5 years of experience in project coordination or project management.
  • Certifications: CAPM or PMP certification is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana, Jira).
  • Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze project data, identify trends, and support decision-making.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Organizational & Time Management: Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
