Product Development Strategist

As a key member of our team, you will oversee all fundraising products throughout their lifecycle. Your primary goal will be to enhance donor engagement and deepen relationships with existing donors while identifying unmet expectations and developing new products to target untapped donor segments.

Main Responsibilities
  • Strategic Product Development: Conduct in-depth analyses of existing fundraising product offerings to devise strategies for increasing donor engagement.
  • Product Optimization: Recalibrate product rates annually in all relevant currencies and manage global communication around new rate rollouts.
  • Persona-based Messaging: Define target personas, value propositions, and messaging frameworks for all existing and new products, including standard collateral and documentation.
  • Innovative Solutions: Develop new products and services to build relationships with under-banked markets.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Finance, Frontline, Operations, brand & communications, and digital teams to develop strategic content assets and go-to-market strategies for launching new fundraising products.
  • Pilot Program Management: Introduce new payment channels, liaise with external stakeholders, design process flows, secure internal buy-in, run pilots, and track early performance results.
  • Donor Feedback Loop: Collect feedback through satisfaction surveys, measure results, report to senior management, and formulate an improvement action plan based on recommendations and feedback.
  • Product Maintenance: Manage day-to-day product operations and ensure all existing product journeys adhere to established processes.
