Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional support to customers and resolve their queries efficiently.
  2. Create and optimize property listings on various platforms to increase visibility.
  3. Analyze market trends and stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments.
  4. Verify property details and provide accurate information to clients.
  5. Develop effective lead generation strategies and follow up with leads to convert them into clients.
  6. Monitor and respond to leads from multiple sources, including websites and social media.
  7. Edit images and manage CRM systems efficiently.
  8. Schedule appointments and viewings, coordinate open houses and showings, and manage calendars for agents.
Requirements
  1. At least 1 year of experience in real estate or customer service.
  2. Proficiency in CRM systems.
  3. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  4. Ability to work independently and think critically.
