About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employer Branding: Assist in employer branding activities such as campus recruitment and social media campaigns.
  • Data & Reporting: Maintain records of recruitment activities, analyze metrics, and improve recruitment processes.
  • Onboarding Support: Coordinate with the HR team to ensure smooth onboarding of new hires.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with HR to continuously improve recruitment processes and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
