Picking, packing, and labelling products are crucial tasks that require precision and speed. As a Packing Dispatch Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring that products are prepared and dispatched efficiently.

The role involves general associated warehouse duties, such as maintaining cleanliness in the packing room and handling materials at the required speed.

To succeed in this position, you must adhere to strict health and safety rules and regulations throughout your shift. This includes following instructions from your Line Manager/Supervisor and coordinating with transporters/logistics staff.

Job Requirements
  • Picking, packing, and labelling products ready for dispatch.
  • Meeting company targets and deadlines efficiently.
  • Maintenance of reports in the packing department.
  • Verifying items shipped by matching bills of lading; reconciling quantities; noting discrepancies.

Achieving tasks within agreed time frames and communicating effectively with the team are key responsibilities of this role.
