Financial Accounting and Controlling Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to configure, customize, and implement SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules. The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze financial requirements, ensure seamless system integration, and support financial operations through SAP solutions.

  • Configure and customize SAP FI/CO modules to meet business needs.
  • Work with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate financial requirements into SAP FICO solutions.
  • Provide expertise in General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, and Internal Orders.

Responsibilities:

  1. SAP FI/CO Module Configuration: Configure and customize SAP FI/CO modules to align with business requirements.
  2. Financial Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate financial requirements into SAP FICO solutions.
  3. Technical Expertise: Provide expertise in General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, and Internal Orders.
  4. System Testing and Integration: Conduct system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure optimal performance.
  5. Error Resolution: Debug and resolve SAP FICO-related issues, ensuring smooth financial operations.
  6. Documentation and Training: Maintain documentation for SAP FICO configurations, processes, and user guides. Conduct end-user training and provide ongoing support to optimize SAP FICO utilization.
  7. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with other SAP module consultants to ensure seamless system integration. Stay updated on SAP FICO best practices, updates, and industry trends.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an SAP FICO Consultant or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP FI/CO module processes and functionalities.
  • Hands-on experience in SAP configuration and customization.
  • ABAP programming skills for debugging purposes.
  • Understanding of integration points with other SAP modules.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
