Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and creative video specialist to join our team.

This role entails the end-to-end production of AI-generated video content, including ideation, scripting, production, editing, optimization, and multi-platform publishing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Production: Design and produce high-impact short-form videos for social media platforms.
  • Cross-Sector Adaptability & Research: Conduct market research to understand audience expectations and platform trends in new sectors.
  • Technical Workflow Management: Execute the full content production pipeline, including scripting, storyboarding, AI avatar generation, voiceovers, AI video generation, rendering, editing, captioning, scheduling, and publication.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in social media video content creation with demonstrated success in multi-platform engagement.

A portfolio showcasing creativity, precision, and technical capability is required.

Preferred Attributes
  • Sectoral exposure in education, training, healthcare, social care, professional services, or lifestyle brands.
  • Familiarity with copyright, voice licensing, responsible AI use, and ethical media standards.
  • Strong aesthetic judgement and commitment to producing on-brand, high-quality video assets.
  • Agile mindset, able to respond to dynamic briefs and evolving client sectors with creativity and rigour.

This role offers a remote-first work arrangement with optional in-person workshops. Estimated workload: 50–60 hours per week.
